OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM EYADINI LOUNGE MANAGEMENT ABOUT THE SOUTH COAST MUSIC FESTIVAL

Eyadini Lounge wishes to clarify the confusion that may have been caused due to the postponement of the South Coast Music Festival which was scheduled to take place this weekend of the 6th January 2018 at PARK RYNIE BEACH.

We understand that music and fun lovers are extremely disappointed by the outcome of this but just want to reiterate that we are just as shattered and equally disappointed as you guys are. As events experts we followed all formal procedures and protocol that was subjected to us by the South Coast authorities but due to internal decisions they have opted to cancel the event.

We just want to put this on record that WE ARE NOT SEEKING MONEY OR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM ANY MUNICIPALITY. WE SIMPLY JUST WANT TO DO AN EVENT – WHICH IS FUNDED BY OURSELVES!

As it stands we have already incurred losses and damages through this cancellation.

So to save further damages we’ve taken a collective decision to host: Eyadini 2018 Music Festival to make up for this cancellation.

The event is scheduled as follows;

Date: 6 January 2018
Venue: Eyadini Lounge
Time: from 12pm till Late
Entry: R100 at the gate and R200 VIP

We will bring you the same entertainment line up and plus we’re giving our patrons a rare opportunity to enter the premises (before 5pm) with a bottle of any spirit of their choice FREE OF CHARGE.

However the most beautiful news to the people of South Coast and those who were hoping to travel from far – is that we have decided to look for an alternative beach in the South Coast and do the event there next month (February).

We will announce as soon as we have secured a venue, cleared all procedures with authorities and then release a date.

We would like to extend our most sincere apologies to any convenience this many have cause and assure you that next month the South Coast Music Festival will happen.

We thank you.
