Yfm has released a statement clarifying that a man who goes by the name of Mendo Mesh Mkhongwana has no affiliation whatsoever with the Gauteng youth radio station.
This follows claims made by the Eastern Cape born socialite that he is in the employ of Yfm. The man in question owes a client a refund for a service he failed to render and he allegedly has been ducking and diving from making a commitment, furthermore making claims that he was busy as he has started a new marketing job with the station(As per social media postings).
The official statement from Yfm Management has confirmed that Mr Mkhongwana is not employed by YFM and can not transact on behalf of the station.
Mr Mkhongwana unlawfully presented himself as marketing manager for the popular Gauteng youth radio station and management will be reporting a case of fraud to SAPS.

In April 2017 I enquired here on facebook about the services of an events company in East London to coordinate my event. Mendo Mesh Mkhongwana showed interest. Upon discussions, he quoted R8500 in which i deposited R8000. On the day of the event we waited for the setup until my attendees decided to find an alternative sitting arrangement in which we had to delay for three hours and i ended up missing my flight which was later on the day.
Tell me about supporting locals and emerging contractors…. i am hoping the very same way i advertised for services will be the only way he will make up his mind on when to pay me. I’ll also be sharing our conversations where i was the one willing to wait and negotiate for him to pay even if it’s instalments but nothing is coming his way.
